Our goal is to anticipate needs and automate the friction points of co-parenting. This framework is built on our suite of AI-powered features:

• OtterSnap: Turns a photo of a school flyer into a calendar event, a shared document, and an expense item automatically. It removes the manual data entry and ensures both parents are instantly informed.

• OtterMic: Allows a parent to dictate a thought on the go—"Remember to buy new soccer cleats for Saturday's game"—and have it transformed into a shared task with a deadline and assigned owner.

• OtterChat: Analyzes message drafts for tone and clarity, suggesting alternative phrasing to de-escalate potential conflict and keep conversations productive and positive.

• PupUp®: Detects achievements mentioned in messages or documents (e.g., "Liam got an A on his science project!") and prompts the other parent with a personalized, celebratory message to send to the child.
